Place is very nice, i would improve on reducing the time of the cooking. Also, the foods ,for example,the shrimp pasta, is $20 ,and it is simple to make. A good price would be $10. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to celebrate a birthday.

We got seated immediately and had the best service. My chicken thai wrap appetizer was big enough to eat as a meal. The food tasted great and the portions were more than worth the price.

What more needs to be said other than CHEESECAKE! Not only is their selection of cheesecake extensive, but they've revamped their menu and what I've tried has been great. (The truffle honey chicken is delightful)

They didn't have avocado toast anymore which is the only thing I liked on the menu. The server got my order wrong and service was really slow. I asked for light cheese and there was tons of cheese. The omelette was good, when they remade but I had to wait until my daughter was getting dessert. the potatoes were gross. The drinks are super sweet. The building is cool but it's overpriced and slow.

Their food is delicious, their workers are nice, and the restaurant is beautiful. But I found a piece of green pasta in by pasta.

Place was nice, good setting, cozy enough, atmosphere is calming, service is quick to the punch when it comes to drinks running low as well as asking if we need anything yet they do it without it being too common and irritating. Everything was served the way it was supposed to be, although a few unruly children (my siblings) felt the need to send their dishes back because they chose not to ask if it came with things they don't like. More than anything it's because their palates are weak and they can't handle the heat of spicy jambalaya... I'm going off track, the servers were happy to give them something else without any extra charge. All in all we enjoyed ourselves and will probably be back next time we celebrate!

Looks very beautiful like an art museum and clean. However, very dim, exceptional service, and the food itself was wonderful! I ordered a Cucumber Mint Lemonade, along with a side Caesar Salad, and for my meal choice the Spicy Cashew Chicken. All great choices in my opinion so go try if you haven't!

I ordered the steak dish and it was very very very tough. I normally never would send my food back. But even the manager tried to cut it and was very tough. So they remade it for me, which was awesome, but they also charged me for it when I had to sit and wait another 25 minutes while my family ate i ended up just bringing it home. They Didn't even offer the cheesecake slice for free.

Service was amazing! We were seated outdoors and it started to rain and the staff worked quickly to find us a table inside. The food was out-of-this-world. Two thumbs up!

The Korean cauliflower was bomb! We shared our meals and I must say the chicken with mozzarella and mushrooms was not flavorful like I imagined. However, the crispy chicken in some sort of lemon sauce was delicious! We got there around 4 so I was a little surprised why it took so long for everything. They were not busy at all.

This place was AMAZING! We had my mom's 70th birthday here and were not disappointed. We had THE BEST WAITRESS. This was on on a Saturday night and we had 40 guest and they accommodated us all on the patio with heaters and second to none service. To the waitress working our party the night of December 21, 2019 from 6pm to 8 or 9pm, YOU ROCK! I wish I remembered your name. It was a very unique name you dont hear everyday....THANK YOU!

I appreciate the service here most. The staff is always warm and welcoming and go above and beyond to accommodate. My favorite thing to do is order a selection of small plates and appetizers to share. I always get the avocado rolls and lettuce wraps. This time I tried the dynamite shrimp. They were OK but I wish I ordered the roasted Brussels sprouts instead.They looked so tasty.

I always and I mean always order the Louisiana Chicken Pasta with extra sauce. I psych myself out and I truly believe that I will order something new and different. I'M JUST SO EXCITED!!I get the menu and I look at all the other delicious possibilities but when the waitress asks what would you like and at that point I just lose all control of my body and my mouth just blurts out that I'll have the Louisiana Chicken Pasta!!!!! So that's my story and please don't get me started on the Cheesecake because that's a whole new other story......

Great service (we had a large group yet were seated immediately and had no issues with orders), but most importantly, the food was delicious. The servings were huge...my co-worker’s steak was bigger than what you get at most steakhouses. I personally had the chicken parmesan pizza-style that I would HIGHLY recommend.

There were eleven in our group. The wait was worth it. Our server was Michael, excellent. Everyone was pleased with their dinner choice. The Cheesecake was fabulous. It was a great evening.

The food was great. Our server Kaela A. was the best ever!! She made our lunch at the Cheesecake Factory enjoyable and fun. She knew the menu well and was very patient and helpful in menu choices. Great personality. Give her a raise we dont want to lose her😋

Very busy. 30 minute wait which is about normal for most if these locations. That being said the wait staff were very pleasant and efficient at their job. Quick to get drink orders and appetizers. Came back in timely manner and got dinner order. No long wait for dinner. Food was excellent and delivered hot to the table. Dessert was delicious. Overall one of the best dinning experiences I have had a Cheesecake factory restaurant. Would definitely go back again.

Very friendly service and well prepared food with large portions. A ton of different options from salads, burgers, sandwiches, and dishes with Asian, Latin, and European influence. Great desserts as well.

If your order online DON'T pay online because if you want to cancel it'll take 7-14 business days apparently to refund it. Interesting that they can INSTANTLY take it but not give it back.

Had the soup and salad. Did not think I would get it but wanted to watch what I was eating. It was very filling and the soup was tasty. I was satisfied and was not upset that I got it. 3💜

An hour wait time. Then the restaurant noise level is high. The lighting is soooo dim that it was very hard to ready the menu and hard to take quality photos. The service was very slow as they were busy even though there were a lot of employees. My veggie dish wasn't hot enough. Waited for the server nearly five minutes to get it heated up. It came back reasonably hot. However, the quantity was low compared to the price. The bread was tasty. The lemon wedges were juicy & with little seeds as opposed to Red Lobsters where their lemons were not that juicy & with a LOT of seeds. The fish dish was tasty.I hope other cheesecake factory locations may have better experience.Stay tuned until I review other restaurant.

We were staying out of town and visited the Cheesecake Factory in Sacramento. The Cobb salad was great. My boyfriend had the best salad (which is INCREDIBLY small) and the mac and cheese balls (which were so good!!) My boyfriend's daughter had the sesame chicken which was also really good. The service was amazing. Although the food was great, the prices were pretty high :/

They treat their staff that are of African decent very bad. They forget to pay them and over work them. They are disrespectful to the customers of African decent. I couldn't believe the way my family was treated it was heart breaking.

Always crowded, but the food is really delicious. They have an enormous menu so just pick something you know you'll enjoy and don't go too wild.

A pretty place to hangout. Loved the hospitality and cheese cakes. Great food options which includes both veg and non-veg varieties. My favorite here are, Fried Mac and Cheese balls in appetizers and Jamaican chicken in main course. In cheese cakes, the “Chocolate tower truffle cake†will blow your mind. Give it a try. 😎🤘ðŸ»

Lots of good food..but kinda pricey. Forgot to mention that the decor is really nice, but the lighting is really really low. Makes it hard to see the menu and the food. Not sure if that's normal because I've only been there two other times during the summer and we ate outside on the patio.

The food is always good. The service could be better. This location is always so busy that the waitresses are spread thin multitasking to keep up with the demand. Maybe adding more staff to handle the load at peak times would help. Always very friendly but stressed about keeping up it's crowded.

April 24 was my grandson birthday and he wanted dinner and dessert from Cheesecake factory. We did your curbside pickup and by the way it was all Excellent! Everything was so good. We had a big order to. What we liked about this experience, The service, how you made it very easy to distribute our food when we took it home. Our names were written on our containers, How cool was that! Customers for life!! PS. Chocolate Mousse cheesecake was to die for!! Made our grandson birthday very special!! Thank you all.

Who doesn't love cheesecake factory? Usually busy, but the staff always handles it well. I usually try a different dish as often as I can. Oreo cheesecake is the best one in my opinion!

I'm having the beer battered fish tacos w/ black beans and cilantro rice. While very good needs a little salt and pepper. But all in all very good. I also ordered my stand by, the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta minus the shrimp cuz I'm allergic.(not pictured) to go.

The parking is ok, try valet as spots are tight. The food is good and well priced. Normally fantastic service, this time not so much. Pace yourself so you leave after desert, you might need a box. Good selection!

Our fave restaurant for its fusion cuisine and ambience.. this location in Sacramento(next to Arden Fair Mall) definitely lived upto our expectations for the seating with view and great service... chicken samosa, Asian wraps with three different sauces, my son's crispy chicken burger(giant and delicious).. I can go on about the food and it is always worth the wait... We took salted caramel cheesecake slice with us home to later savor it and ruminate our visit to Cheesecake factory...
